This market will resolve to "Yes" if Donald Trump signs any federal legislation or performs any executive action enacting a tariff on imports of semiconductors into the United States by September 30, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

Only tariffs specifically targeting semiconductors will qualify. For example, a general tariff (tariffs on all imports into the U.S.) or country-specific tariff (tariffs on all imports from China) will not count toward this market's resolution.

Tariffs on semiconductors from a specific country will qualify.

Actions which remove the general 10% tariff will qualify even if there are item specific exceptions for which the tariff still applies. However, lowering the general tariff below 10% without removing it will not qualify.

Any action which is officially enacted within the market's time frame will qualify, regardless of when the removal goes into effect.

Will Trump remove 10% blanket tariff in 2025?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if an official agreement over tariffs, defined as a publicly announced mutual agreement, is reached between the United States and the listed country/entity between September 1, and September 30, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.

If such an agreement is officially reached before the resolution date, this market will resolve to "Yes", regardless of if/when the agreement goes into effect.

Agreements to extend tariff exemptions will qualify if announced as an individualized extension. This market will resolve to "Yes" if Donald Trump signs a bill into law or performs any executive action changing US tax law to establish a de minimis tax exemption on cryptocurrency transactions by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

Such a bill must apply to US taxpaying persons in general; if a law applies only to specific companies or institutions, it will not qualify toward a "Yes" resolution to this market.

If the tax exemption only applies for specific types or classes of crypto assets (e.g., only Bitcoin or Ethereum, only American issued cryptocurrencies, or only NFTs), it will still count toward a "Yes" resolution for this market.

Trump enacts a de minimis crypto tax exemption before 2026?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the Supreme Court of the United States issues a decision that reverses, vacates, or otherwise overturns the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit’s August 29, 2025 decision in V.O.S. Selections, Inc. v. Trump, in which the Federal Circuit held that the tariffs imposed by Executive Orders 14193, 14194, 14195, 14257, and 14266 exceeded the President’s authority under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) by December 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise this market will resolve to "No." 

If the Supreme Court dismisses the case as improvidently granted, denies certiorari, grants/vacates/remands without deciding the merits of IEEPA authorization, affirms by an equally divided Court, or vacates due to mootness, or if the parties settle the case this market will resolve to "No." 

For purposes of this market, the government prevails if the Supreme Court rules on the merits that the tariffs are authorized under IEEPA, or otherwise reverses or vacates the Federal Circuit’s holding that they are unauthorized under IEEPA, regardless of whether the Court remands for further proceedings on issues such as remedy or scope of relief. The government does not prevail if the Supreme Court affirms the Federal Circuit’s decision that the tariffs are unauthorized by IEEPA, even if the Court modifies or vacates portions of the judgment relating only to remedy or injunctive relief.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if a free trade agreement with the specified country or entity becomes law in the United States between July 25, and December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Th Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

This includes both agreements that become law through Senate ratification and Presidential approval, or through the enactment of a Congressional-Executive Agreement signed into law by the President.

Note that the cut does not need to go into effect before the resolution date - it just needs to be signed into law by then.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Donald Trump issues a presidential veto of any bill by December 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

The resolution source will be official congressional records and a consensus of credible reporting.

Will Trump veto a bill in 2025?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed individual meets with Donald Trump between February 18, and December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

A meeting is defined as any encounter where both listed individual and Trump are present and interact with each other in person.

The resolution source will be a consensus of credible reporting.

Will Trump meet with Xi Jinping in 2025?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the US armed forces conduct a strike against any watercraft designated as a narco terrorist target in the North Western hemisphere between September 16 and September 30, 2025 ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

A qualifying "strike" is defined as the use of aerial bombs, drones, naval guns, artillery, or missiles (including cruise or ballistic missiles) launched by US military forces that a qualifying watercraft that is officially acknowledged by the US government or a consensus of credible reporting.

A boarding or the use of small arms fire will not qualify toward a "Yes" resolution.

Trump strikes another drug boat by Sep 30?

This market will resolve to “Yes” if Donald Trump mentions the listed term between September 22, 2025, 12:00 AM ET and September 28, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.

Pluralization/possessive of the word will count toward the resolution of this market.

Instances where the term is used in a compound word will count regardless of context (e.g. joyful is not a compound word for "joy," however "killjoy" is a compounding of the words "kill" and "joy").

If this market requires a specified number of mentions of a person’s first or last name, a full-name mention will count as one mention (e.g., if a market is about “Joe / Biden 5+ times,” a mention of “Joe Biden” will count once).

A ‘mention’ will include any verbal mention which is recorded (audio or video) and publicly accessible.

Written usages of terms (e.g. Truth Social posts, written statements, etc.) will not count toward this market's resolution.

Videos posted on his social media which were filmed outside this market's time frame will not qualify for a "Yes" resolution.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the Chinese government officially lifts, removes, or reduces any of the export restrictions placed on rare earth metals on April 4, between July 23 and December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No."

The issuance of a qualifying official act by China within this market's timeframe will count toward a "Yes" resolution, even if the lifting or reduction of the stated export ban does not come into effect until after this market's resolution date.

The primary resolution source will be official information from the government of the United States, however a consensus of credible reporting may be used.

Will China lift rare earths export ban by December 31?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Elon Musk serves any time in custody in a federal, state, or local U.S. jail or prison between June 5, and  December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

Will Trump jail Elon Musk?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the U.S. government formally designates Antifa as a terrorist organization by September 30, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No."

This includes designation as a Foreign Terrorist Organization and/or as a Specially Designated Global Terrorist (SDGT), as well as executive action by the President, legislation signed into law, or the creation of a new federal designation that formally designates Antifa as a terrorist organization.

Statements by government officials, including the President, DHS, or FBI, will not count unless accompanied by a formal designation.

The resolution source will be a consensus of credible reporting. 


Will Trump designate ANTIFA a terrorist organization by September 30? 

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the US Internal Revenue Department ceases operations entirely by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

If the IRS is merged with another agency, resulting in a consolidated department with a shared administrative structure which is no longer titled the Internal Revenue Service it will count as a "Yes" resolution.

If it becomes impossible for Trump to sign legislation/perform executive actions (e.g. he resigns), this market will resolve to "No".

Trump abolishes IRS in 2025?

This market will resolve to “Yes” if it is announced that that the listed individual will leave the Trump Administration, or otherwise ceases to be a member of administration by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.

An announcement of the listed individual's resignation/removal before this market's end date will immediately resolve this market to "Yes", regardless of when the announced resignation/removal goes into effect.

The Trump administration includes individuals formally appointed by Donald Trump to roles within the U.S. federal government, such as Cabinet members, Executive Office staff, senior policy advisors, ambassadors, or White House staff whose appointments are publicly announced by official government channels.

The primary resolution source will be official information from the Trump administration, however a consensus of credible reopening may also be used.

Will Dan Bongino leave the Trump administration in 2025?

On September 19, 2025, Donald Trump announced a $100,000 payment requirement for H-1B visa petitions in the Presidential Proclamation “Restriction on Entry of Certain Nonimmigrant Workers,” set to take effect on September 21, 2025 at 12:01 a.m. EDT.

This market will resolve to “Yes” if Donald Trump signs any federal legislation or performs any executive action which pauses, delays, or removes the $100,000 H-1B visa petition fee by October 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise this market will resolve to “No”.

Actions which remove the $100,000 H-1B visa petition fee will qualify even if other conditions, exceptions, or requirements for H-1B visas remain in place. However, lowering the fee below $100,000 without removing it will not qualify.

As it pertains to pauses, delays, or removals of the $100,000 fee, judicial or other actions not initiated by the Trump administration, which ban or block the listed fee, will not alone qualify. However, if the Trump administration — including any executive branch agency such as the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) or the Department of State — pauses, delays, removes, or otherwise ceases enforcement of the listed fee in compliance with a court order, this will qualify even if not publicly announced or formalized by legislation or an executive order.

Any action which is officially enacted within the market’s time frame will qualify, regardless of when the removal goes into effect.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Changpeng Zhao receives a presidential pardon, commutation, or reprieve from Donald Trump by September 30, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

If it becomes impossible for Trump issue a federal pardon, commutation, or reprieve within this market's timeframe, it may immediately resolve to "No".

The primary resolution source for whether a person is pardoned or not will be official information from the US government, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Donald Trump officially nominates or appoints Elon Musk to his administration between June 4, and December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".
