As it pertains to pauses, delays, or removals of the $100,000 fee, judicial or other actions not initiated by the Trump administration, which ban or block the listed fee, will not alone qualify. For the purposes of this market, "invoke" means that the President formally announces the use of the Insurrection Act as legal authority for deploying active-duty U.S. military forces or federalizing the National Guard in response to civil disorder, insurrection, or rebellion.

The resolution source will be a consensus of credible reporting.


Trump invokes the Insurrection Act in 2025?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Donald Trump attends 2025 MLB World Series Finals. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

If the event is canceled, postponed beyond or otherwise doesn't take place by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "No".

Attending the event is defined as being in physical attendance within the stadium during any part of any of the games in the series.

The resolution source will be a consensus of credible reporting.

Will Trump attend the 2025 MLB World Series Finals?

This market will resolve according to the candidate Donald Trump announces that he will vote for or endorses for the 2025 NYC Mayor election.

If Trump does not announce an endorsement by  November 3, 2025, 11:59 PM ET this market will resolve to "No endorsement".

The resolution source for this market will be official information from Donald Trump or one of his representatives, or a consensus of credible reporting of Trump's endorsement.
