This market will resolve to "Yes" if the President of the United States, any member of the Cabinet of the United States, any member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, or any US federal agency definitively states that extraterrestrial life or technology exists by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Eric Adams withdraws from or officially announces his withdrawal from the 2025 New York City Mayoral election, or announces the suspension of his 2025 NYC Mayoral campaign, by October 15, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

On February 4, Donald Trump floated a plan for the reconstruction of Gaza including the relocation of Gaza’s population (see: https://www.reuters.com/world/trump-netanyahu-set-pivotal-talks-middle-east-agenda-2025-02-04/)

This market will resolve to “Yes” if at least 500,000 Gazans leave the Gaza strip between February 6, and December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.

This includes the transfer of Gazans to Israel, the West Bank or other countries, as well as the departure of Gazans from the Gaza Strip through visa or refugee programs.

This market refers to the total number of Gazans who leave, regardless of method.  

Announcements of relocation plans will not count, only actual relocation will qualify.

Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah Dugan was arrested by the FBI on April 25, 2025, charged with obstruction and concealing an individual for allegedly aiding an undocumented immigrant to evade ICE (see: https://www.axios.com/2025/04/25/fbi-arrests-judge-wisconsin-hannah-dugan-kash-patel).

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Judge Hannah Dugan is convicted of any charges related to her alleged actions of obstructing federal agents or concealing an individual from ICE, by January 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

Convictions must be for criminal charges.

If the case is completely dropped for whatever reason, due to a plea agreement without an admission of guilt, a dismissal, or any other situation occurs in which no judgement is rendered or will be rendered by the court, this market will resolve to "No".

Once an individual is convicted it qualifies for an immediate "Yes" resolution, regardless of later appeals, etc. This market will resolve based on the first conviction in a qualifying case.

Wisconsin judge convicted for obstructing immigration operation?

This market will resolve to “Yes” if any U.S. court blocks the implementation of any portion of the $100,000 payment requirement for H-1B visa petitions announced in “Restriction on Entry of Certain Nonimmigrant Workers” (Presidential Proclamation, Sept 19, 2025) by September 30, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, it will resolve to “No”.

Any official court action that temporarily halts or permanently blocks implementation—e.g., a temporary restraining order, preliminary injunction, stay, or substantially similar order—will qualify. Filings, hearings, or statements without an operative order will not qualify.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Andrew Cuomo withdraws from or officially announces his withdrawal from the 2025 New York City Mayoral election, or announces the suspension of his 2025 NYC Mayoral campaign, by November 3, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

Will Andrew Cuomo drop out?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the US Department of Education ceases operations entirely, including the termination of all federal educational programs managed by the department, by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

If the US Department of Education is merged with another agency, resulting in a consolidated department with a shared administrative structure which is no longer titled the Department of Education it will count as a "Yes" resolution.

If it becomes impossible for Trump to sign legislation/perform executive actions (e.g. he resigns), this market will resolve to "No".
