If Kraken merges with another entity, is acquired, or ceases to exist before the market resolves, the market will also resolve to "No".

This market will resolve early if Kraken completes an IPO by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET.

The resolution source for this market is a consensus of credible reporting.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if OpenAI shifts from its current capped-profit corporation structure to a for-profit model by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No."

Any form of fully for-profit organization—including a Benefit Corporation (B-Corp), Public Benefit Corporation (PBC), or a modification to its existing structure to remove profit caps—will suffice for a "Yes" resolution.

An announcement by Jeff Bezos or one of his representatives will qualify for a "Yes" resolution, regardless of whether the announced sale actually occurs.

The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from Jeff Bezos however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.

Will Bezos announce Washington Post sale in 2025?

This market will resolve to “Yes” if all of the following conditions are met by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET:

- Monad launches a token
- MetaMask launches a token
- Lighter launches a token
- Opensea launches a token
- Meteora launches a token

This market will resolve to “No” if any of the above-specified projects do not launch a token during this market’s above-specified time frame.

For a qualifying launch, the token must be actively and publicly transferable and tradable. Announcements alone do not qualify.

The primary resolution source for this market will be information from the respective projects; however, a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.

Token Launch Party Parlay

This market will resolve to “Yes” if Meta Platforms, Inc. announces their intention to sell Instagram by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise this market will resolve to “No”.

A public announcement of the intention to sell Instagram will qualify even if a sale has not been finalized. This includes any formal declaration made by Meta Platforms, Inc. or its authorized representatives regarding their plans to sell or transfer ownership of Instagram.

The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from Meta Platforms, Inc. However, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.

Will Meta announce Instagram sale in 2025?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if X relaunches Vine by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

"Relaunching Vine" is defined as launching a platform and/or feature that performs similar functions to Vine, and is branded as a "relaunch of Vine" by Elon Musk or X itself. Note - the relaunch must be live and broadly accessible to the public before the resolution date for this market to resolve to "Yes".

The primary resolution source will be the Vine platform, as well as official information from Elon Musk and X, however a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.
