This market will resolve to “Yes” if a ground stop is no longer in effect for Washington Dulles International Airport for any amount of time by March 13, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”. If the specified ground stop is confirmed to have been lifted prior to market creation, this will still count for a "Yes" resolution. The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from the FAA and Washington Dulles International Airport; however, a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.
