This market will resolve to "Ukraine" if there is an official ceasefire agreement, defined as a publicly announced and mutually agreed halt in military engagement, between Russia and Ukraine between August 7 and December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET, prior to an official ceasefire agreement between Israel and Hamas.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Houthi forces conduct a kinetic strike on or otherwise seize control of a commercial or military ship between September 1 and September 30, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

Missile/drone strikes targeting a ship which are shot down or don't hit a ship will not be considered for this market.

This includes, but is not limited to drone and missile strikes, aerial bombings, and kinetic actions carried out by Houthi operatives in person such as seizing a ship by force.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Israel officially annexes any territory between July 22 and December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No."

Annexation is defined as an official declaration or legal act by the Israeli government claiming sovereignty over territory they were not claiming at the time of this market's creation.

Qualifying examples of annexation include the 1980 Jerusalem Law, and the Golan Heights Law, however instances where Israeli settlers claiming administrative control over land without a formal annexation will not count.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the US armed forces conduct a strike against any watercraft designated as a narco terrorist target in the North Western hemisphere between September 16 and September 30, 2025 ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

A qualifying "strike" is defined as the use of aerial bombs, drones, naval guns, artillery, or missiles (including cruise or ballistic missiles) launched by US military forces that a qualifying watercraft that is officially acknowledged by the US government or a consensus of credible reporting.

A boarding or the use of small arms fire will not qualify toward a "Yes" resolution.

An announcement of intentions will not suffice to resolve this market to "Yes." Only the French government's formal recognition of the State of Palestine will count toward a “Yes” resolution for this market.

For the purpose of this market, a "visit" is defined as Greta Thunberg physically entering the terrestrial territory of the Gaza Strip. Whether or not Greta Thunberg enters the Gaza Strip's airspace or maritime territory during the timeframe of this market will have no bearing on a positive resolution.

A visit to any area within the terrestrial territory of the Gaza Strip, including visits to buffer zones, will qualify.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Israeli cybersecurity official Tom Artiom Alexandrovich is extradited to the United States by Israel, by September 30 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise this market will resolve to "No".

"Extradited" to the US means Alexandrovich must be extradited and physically enter the terrestrial or maritime territory of the US.

The resolution source will be official government sources from the relevant extraditing and receiving countries, however a consensus of credible reporting will suffice.

Will Israel extradite Tom Alexandrovich to the US by September 30?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Eyal Zamir announces that he will resign as Chief of the General Staff of the Israel Defense Forces, or otherwise steps down from/is removed from this position by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".
