If the Vice President becomes Acting President via the process outlined in Section 3 of the 25th Amendment, it will not effect the resolution of this market. Only Trump’s removal from office via the process outlined in Section 4 of the 25th Amendment will qualify for a "Yes" resolution.

If Trump ceases to be POTUS before this market's expiration date for any other reason, this market may immediately resolve to "No".

An exchange of words, handshake, direct conversation, or other clear personal interaction between the named individuals will qualify as a meeting. Merely standing in proximity, making eye contact, or being present in the same room or event without direct interaction will not qualify.

Will Trump meet with Elon Musk by December 31?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Donald Trump officially appoints, or announces the appointment of a special prosecutor, special counsel, or other independent prosecutor to investigate matters related to Jeffrey Epstein by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET.  Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No.”

Donald Trump is scheduled to participate in a Bilateral Meeting and Press Conference with the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Keir Starmer on Thursday, September 18, 2025. (see: https://rollcall.com/factbase/trump/calendar/)

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Donald Trump says the listed term during his appearance at these events. Otherwise, the market will resolve to "No".

Pluralization/possessive of the listed term will count toward the resolution of this market.

Instances where the term is used in a compound word will count regardless of context (e.g. joyful is not a compound word for "joy," however "killjoy" is a compounding of the words "kill" and "joy").

If this market requires a specified number of mentions of a person’s first or last name, a full-name mention will count as one mention (e.g., if a market is about “Joe / Biden 5+ times,” a mention of “Joe Biden” will count once).

If this event is definitively cancelled, or otherwise is not aired by September 18, 2025, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to "No".

This market is explicitly about the named, scheduled bilateral and press conference events with the UK Prime Minister (https://rollcall.com/factbase/trump/topic/calendar/). If a bilateral or multilateral lunch is scheduled and broadcast, it will also qualify toward this market's resolution. Speeches, events, or comments that occur outside of the named scheduled events will not qualify toward this market's resolution. If the events contain a Q&A, it will count toward the resolution of this market.

The resolution source will be video of the events.

Will Trump say "Hottest" during events with UK Prime Minister on September 18?

On September 4, Zohran Mamdani publicly challenged President Donald Trump to participate in a televised debate.

This market will resolve to “Yes” if Donald Trump and Zohran Mamdani participate in a scheduled televised debate by November 3, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No.”

The resolution source will be a consensus of credible reporting.
