This market will resolve to "Yes" if Alexander Ovechkin publicly announces, before October 7, 2025, 11:59 PM ET, that the 2025–2026 NHL season will be his final season playing in the league. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". 

The primary resolution sources for this market will be the NHL (https://www.nhl.com) or official announcements from the Washington Capitals or Alexander Ovechkin. 

NHL: Ovechkin final season? 

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the listed player is traded to another NBA team, or signs a contract to play in the 2025-26 NBA season with a team other than the NBA team they last played for during the 2024–25 NBA season, between May 12 and October 21, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, it will resolve to "No".

If the listed player retires, the market will resolve to "No".
