This market will resolve to "Yes" if Jonathan Kuminga is signed or traded to the listed team. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". 

If Jonathan Kuminga signs a new contract with the Golden State Warriors to play for them in the 2025–26 NBA season, or is not traded or signed by a new team by October 1, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to “Golden State Warriors.”

Otherwise, it will resolve to "No".

If the listed player retires, the market will resolve to "No".

This market will resolve according to the next NBA team that Jaylen Brown is either traded to, or signs a contract with (via free agency or sign-and-trade).

Jimmy Kimmel hosts an episode of "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" by December 31?

On April 4, China implemented a series of restrictions on the export of a variety of rare earth metals. You can read more about that here: https://www.nytimes.com/2025/04/13/business/china-rare-earths-exports.html

This market will resolve to "Yes" if the Chinese government officially lifts, removes, or reduces any of the export restrictions placed on rare earth metals on April 4, between July 23 and December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No."

The issuance of a qualifying official act by China within this market's timeframe will count toward a "Yes" resolution, even if the lifting or reduction of the stated export ban does not come into effect until after this market's resolution date.

The primary resolution source will be official information from the government of the United States, however a consensus of credible reporting may be used.

Will China lift rare earths export ban by December 31?

This market will resolve to “Yes” if the actor announced to be James Bond in the next official James Bond franchise film is a UK citizen. Otherwise this market will resolve to “No”.

If no next James Bond is announced by December 31, 2025 ET, this market will resolve to "No".

This market will resolve based on the first official announcement of who will be the next James Bond, regardless of any changes made thereafter.

Dual citizens will be considered British if one of their nationalities is British.

The primary resolution source for this market will be official information from Barbara Broccoli, Michael G. Wilson, Amazon, or the James Bond Franchise. However, a consensus of credible reporting will also be used.

Will the next James Bond be British?

This market will resolve according to the team that wins the 2025 MLB AL Central Division.

If at any point it becomes impossible for a team to win the AL Central Division based on the rules of the MLB, this market will immediately resolve to “No” for that team.

If the 2025 MLB season is permanently canceled or has not been completed by March 28, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to “Other”.

Official resolution will be based on the MLB's official standings, as published on MLB.com.

Will the Detroit Tigers win the AL Central Division?

This market will resolve according to the team that wins the 2025 MLB American League (ie advance to the 2025 MLB World Series). 

If at any point it becomes impossible for this team to win the American League based on the rules of the MLB (e.g., they are eliminated from the playoffs), this market will immediately resolve to “No”.

If the 2025  MLB season is permanently canceled or has not been completed by February 28, 2026, 11:59 PM this market will resolve to “Other”.


Will the Seattle Mariners win the 2025 American League Championship?

This market will resolve according to the team that wins the 2025 MLB NL Central Division.

If at any point it becomes impossible for a team to win the NL Central Division based on the rules of the MLB, this market will immediately resolve to “No” for that team.

If the 2025 MLB season is permanently canceled or has not been completed by March 28, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to “Other”.

Official resolution will be based on the MLB's official standings, as published on MLB.com.
