If Lord Miles restarts the water fast at a time which would permit him to complete the specified 40 days within this market's timeframe, it will qualify.

Lord Miles is currently water fasting in a confirmed desert. The present attempt counts toward this market's resolution.

Per the rules, Lord Miles may not consume any food or calories. Ingestion of vitamin/mineral supplements without significant caloric value does not qualify as breaking the water fast.

We’re aware of the dispute on this market. If a clarification is to be issued, it will be at 1:00 PM ET on September 18. If no statement is issued at that time, then there will be no clarification by the Polymarket team. The orderbook will be cleared at 1:00 PM ET, regardless of whether a clarification is made.

This market will remain open until September 30, 2025, 11:59 PM ET, or until it is otherwise confirmed that Lord Miles has either: completed the fast, violated it such that it cannot be completed in the time frame, or abandoned and discontinued it. If Lord Miles does not post footage of the missing stream time by the resolution date, this market will resolve to “No,” unless the authenticity of the fast is otherwise confirmed by credible evidence. Claims made by Miles will not alone qualify in the absence of other credible evidence. Small gaps in recording due to extenuating circumstances are permissible, and need not later be posted, however the fast must be publicly documented to qualify.
