This market will resolve to "Yes" if Democrat James Walkinshaw wins the 2025 special election for Virginia's 11th congressional district to replace former Representative Gerry Connolly by a 45% margin over the Republican candidate, Stewart Whitson. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

This market will resolve to “Yes” if Dilan Yeşilgöz ceases party leader of People's Party for Freedom and Democracy (VVD, Volkspartij voor Vrijheid en Democratie) for any period of time between August 21 and October 28, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to “No”.

An announcement of Yeşilgöz's resignation/removal before this market's end date will immediately resolve this market to "Yes", regardless of when the announced resignation/removal goes into effect.

The resolution source for this market will be official information from Yeşilgöz and VVD, however a consensus of credible reporting may also be used.

Dilan Yeşilgöz out as VVD leader before Netherlands election?

This market will resolve to “Yes” if an America Party candidate wins a U.S. federal congressional or state gubernatorial election by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM ET. 

The candidate may appear on the ballot as “America Party,” “Independent,” or with no party listed, as long as they have formally declared their affiliation with the America Party.

Expressions of interest, financial donations, or statements of ideological sympathy will not alone qualify unless accompanied by a clear claim of party affiliation.

Candidates listed on the ballot as members of another established party (e.g., Democrats, Republicans, Libertarians, etc.) will not qualify, even if they express support for or claim affiliation with the American Party or Elon Musk.

This market will resolve based on a consensus of credible reporting.

America Party wins a federal or gubernatorial election in 2025?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Donald Trump issues a presidential veto of any bill by December 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

The resolution source will be official congressional records and a consensus of credible reporting.
